Haejanggeum Main Branch

Haejanggeum Bonjeom is a Korean restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, between Sillim Station and Bongcheon Station, a 3 to 5 minute walk from Bongcheon Station. It serves soppyeo haejangguk and soppyeo suyuk. The suyuk is made from 100 percent beef leg bones boiled the same day, served with chive and onion pickles and garlic sauce, while the haejangguk is boiled with ugeoji and radish. The bone suyuk arrives in a steamer with vegetables and stays moist to the end, parking is available in front of the store, and ordering suyuk brings a heavy, deep beef broth.
