Gosi Kalguksu Noodles

Gosikalguksu Naengmyeon is a neighborhood noodle shop in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving kalguksu, naengmyeon, and bibim guksu together. The kalguksu uses fresh noodles in an anchovy broth, and the shop also serves sujebi and somyeon, while the mul naengmyeon gets its flavor from a sour, spicy, and sweet broth. Mandu comes in a half plate of three or a full plate of five, and side dishes are self-served. The kalguksu is made in an old-fashioned style, so its seasoning is on the mild side.
