Dokdo Susan

Dokdo Susan is a hoe restaurant in Sillim-dong, Seoul, selling flounder and rockfish hoe and seafood platters. Customers pick a fish from the tank and the owner slices it right away, and sea bream and sekkosi can also be ordered. Aged kimchi comes as a side dish with the hoe, while maeuntang is ordered separately and takeout is available. The space is small and crowded, loud enough that talking is difficult.
