Bulkkot Dakgangjeong

Bulkkot Dakgangjeong is a boneless gangjeong shop inside Sinwon Market in Sillim-dong, Seoul, selling dakgangjeong and saewoo gangjeong. Its signature dish, Saedakgangjeong, fills half the container with chicken and half with plump shrimp, coated in a sweet gochujang sauce made in-house. The sauce is made fresh daily, and the frying oil is kept clean for takeout and delivery orders. Potato fries and tteoksari are added separately.
