Buchu Samgyeopsal Ttagiya

Buchu Samgyeopsal Ttagiya is a grilled meat restaurant in Sillim, Seoul, where chilled samgyeopsal and fresh samgyeopsal are cooked with buchu. The chilled samgyeopsal, the signature dish, comes pre-seasoned, and the buchu muchim is either grilled or served raw on the side. It opens at 11 a.m., and buchu and kimchi can be taken unlimited from the self-service bar. The outdoor seating in summer is hot and ventilation is limited.
