Bossam Juneun Jokbaljip

Bossam Juneun Jokbaljip in Seoul serves both jokbal and bossam, and ordering jokbal brings a free sundubu stew plus one of bossam, naengchae jokbal, or buljokbal. The bossam comes with garlic, ssamjang, salted shrimp, and ripe kimchi, and the portions are generous. On weekday nights around 9 p.m. the room fills with people drinking, and the bottled beer goes well with the food. The sundubu stew is spicy and rich, and the owner sometimes brings out seonji haejangguk at no charge.
