Better Than Expected Sillim Branch

Saenggakboda Matinneun Jip Sinlimjeom is a noodle shop in Sillim, Seoul, serving bajirak kalguksu, pat kalguksu, and kongguksu. The bajirak kalguksu comes with plenty of clams in a clean-tasting broth, and it is often ordered together with ojingeo pajeon. The pat kalguksu is thick and served in a large portion, while the kongguksu has a distinct nutty taste. Sand is sometimes chewed in the clams.
