Baengnyeon Bulgogi Mulgalbi Sillim Station Branch is a galbi restaurant near Sillim Station in Seoul that serves mulgalbi and bulgogi. The signature mulgalbi stacks beef and bean sprouts in a mound over beef ribs and boils them in a spicy broth. The beef is dipped in the broth like shabu-shabu, eaten with the bean sprouts and ribs, and accompanied by dangmyeon and ramyeon noodles and fried rice. The longer it boils, the spicier the broth becomes and the stronger the seasoning gets.
