Auseong Sogopchang Main Branch

Ausung Sogopchang Main Branch is a gopchang restaurant in Sillim, Seoul, serving gopchang and daechang. The mixed gopchang comes with saenggan and cheonyeop, eaten with buchu. Single-item gopchang arrives pre-grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, and while it cooks you eat the yeomtong first as staff adjust the heat. The room is loud enough that talking with the person next to you is difficult.
