Douda Bakery is a small bakery at the edge of the Sillim Station food alley in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, selling basic breads such as white bread, baguette, and campagne. It ferments with natural yeast only and also makes salt bread, cheese bread, and kouign-amann. By around 6 p.m. the bread is gone and only the name tags remain.
