Kurofune SOBA Matsuyama Ropeway Street is a soba restaurant a two-to-three minute walk from the Matsuyama Castle ropeway station. It serves kurohonssoba, bukkake soba, and tsukemen soba with chewy buckwheat noodles. Even before noon, the wait can run about ten minutes, and the meal ends with the water the buckwheat noodles were boiled in. Set menus come with oden and takikomi gohan.
