Ilgapjachaneum is an open-air Chinese restaurant near Huaxi Street Night Market in Taipei, serving dongpo pork over rice and guabao. The dongpo pork is braised until it falls apart at the touch of a spoon, and pickled cucumber cuts the grease. A foreign-language menu is available, and food that has already been cooked comes out almost immediately after ordering. Outdoor tables are shared with other diners, and the wait can run from 30 minutes to an hour.
