OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS Laboratory is a coffee stand in Taishido, Setagaya City, a four-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station along Chazawa-dori, selling beans and drip bags. You can choose beans by origin, taste the coffee of the day, and have it brewed as a drip to match your preference. Asking for the beans to be ground means a few minutes of waiting, during which you can taste, and you order using flavour descriptions and an acidity-bitterness chart. There is no indoor seating, so staying long is difficult.
