Blend Kyoto is a roastery near Kyoto Gyoen that serves specialty coffee made from two blended beans. It focuses on drip coffee and serves espresso only as a latte. About five blend beans sit on the counter for customers to choose by scent, and the owner handles both brewing and service alone, so receiving a coffee takes about 30 minutes. Prices are higher than at ordinary brand cafes.
