Assemblages Kakimoto is a cafe near Kyoto Gyoen in Kyoto that sells cakes and desserts centered on chocolate. Customers choose cakes and chocolates from the display case, and can also order signature desserts available only at the bar seats. The small shop has few bar seats, and offers four types of chocolate with textures that vary by ingredient, such as lemon strawberry chocolate and praline coconut chocolate. Desserts eaten inside the shop are on the higher-priced side.
