Usagiya

Usagiya is a teppanyaki okonomiyaki restaurant in Shinsekai, Osaka. It cooks mix okonomiyaki and mix yakisoba on the griddle and serves them hot, with draft beer and lemon sour on the side. Guests write their name on a waiting list and enter in order, with waits of about 10 to 20 minutes. The griddle heat keeps the room warm throughout the meal.
