Tempura Agari

Tempura Agari is a tempura restaurant on the second floor near Tsutenkaku Observatory in Osaka. It serves tendon with shrimp and fish tempura, udon, and soba, and the tempura comes out crisp. Orders are fried to order, and grated daikon sauce can be added from a small container. The entrance is hard to spot because the restaurant is on the second floor.
