Nonkiya

Nonkiya is a standing udon, soba, noodles, and skewer shop in Janjan Yokocho at Shinsekai, Osaka. Its main items are doteyaki and oden, and daikon and suji skewers are also ordered often. The shop opens at 8 a.m. and seats around 10 people standing, so customers wait outside and enter as others leave. Without Japanese, reading the menu on the wall and ordering is difficult.
