Kasu Udon EBISUYA Main Store is a kasu udon specialist at the end of a market arcade in Osaka. Its signature kasu udon uses a light broth carrying the fat of gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine), and the noodles can be changed to preference. The menu also covers ramen and curry, including clam ramen, chashu ramen, grilled eel, sashimi and tempura. At night there is outdoor seating, and prices run on the higher side.
