Fumichan

Fumichan is a small takeout shop in Shinsekai selling takoyaki and karaage. The Osaka-style takoyaki is chewy outside and soft inside, filled with octopus, and comes with a choice of spicy sauce, sweet sauce, or salt. Orders start at three pieces, the shop stays open late, and customers can eat right away on the chairs in front of the store. The katsuobushi is sprinkled on almost like powder, so it adds little texture.
