Shinsekai Fukuwouchi is an izakaya in the middle of Shinsekai, Osaka, serving kushikatsu and doteyaki. The kushikatsu has a thin, crisp batter, and you pick ingredients such as shrimp, lotus root, and chicken gizzard one skewer at a time. Orders are placed by QR code, and there are terrace seats along the street. It sits one block off the main street, in a quieter area.
