Horumon Izakaya Yamatsu Shinsekai is a horumon izakaya set slightly off the main street of Shinsekai in Osaka. It grills pork and beef offal over charcoal, with mino, daechang (beef large intestine), and tejjang counted among its representative menu items. The pork offal has little odor and a strong seasoning, which pairs well with rice and alcohol. Oden with konnyaku, suji, and egg can be ordered along with warm sake and cold sake.
