Le Premier Cafe

Le Premier Cafe is on the third floor of the building next to Ichiran Ramen in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. It serves drip coffee and cake, with pudding cake, chocolate cake, and drip coffee from several beans as its main items. Local customers are there on weekday evenings between 6 and 7 p.m. There is group seating for up to four people and a large, clean restroom, and the coffee is on the pricier side.
