Horie Park is a neighborhood park for walks and rest, set on a 3,800-square-meter lot in an alley near Amemura. The playground has two sets of slides, and the smaller set holds five slides. Before World War II the area along the nearby canal was a lumber collection point, and after the war it became a district of furniture shops. There is not much to do, so it is a place where nearby residents take a short break.
