Yakitori Sakuta

Yakitori Sakuta is a yakitori restaurant on the second floor next to Isetan in Shinjuku, serving a chicken skewer course. The course includes six chicken skewers, two vegetable skewers, an appetizer, soup, pate, rice cooked in a pot, and dessert, with individual items available after 21:00. It opens at 17:00 and seats about 20 people across a counter and semi-private rooms, with more than half the seats filled around 18:00. One person grills the skewers one piece at a time, so the interval between dishes is long.
