Tsukiji Sandai

Oyster Bar Tsukijisandai is an oyster izakaya in Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku that serves oysters from regions across Japan. Raw oysters are the default, grilled ones are also available, and you order from a menu that lists each day's origin and saltiness. Oysters are shucked on the spot after you order, and the origins change with each visit. There are only counter seats, seating around eight people at most, and the space is too small to stay long.
