Tempura Funabashiya Shinjuku

Tenpura Funabashiya Shinjuku Honten is a tempura restaurant in central Shinjuku serving tempura, tendon, and tenju. It fries natural ingredients in an old style to bring out their original flavor, and serves them with smoked bonito soy sauce. The shop has continued for over 120 years. The tendon is served with a lid on, so the fried pieces are on the soft side.
