Shinjuku Inase is a basement sushi restaurant near Shinjuku Station. A Korean head chef runs the omakase course and explains the fish and dishes in Korean. The sake selection is broad, so you can choose bottles to drink alongside the sushi. The course includes fish that can only be eaten in Japan.
