Shinjuku Sushi Hatsume

Sushi Hatsume is a sushi omakase restaurant a seven-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The course consists of 22 dishes, beginning with a lobster dish topped with uni and continuing through nigiri and rolls. The restaurant has eight counter seats and four table seats, and the chef explains each dish in front of you. Walk-ins without a reservation are difficult to accommodate on the same day.
