Negishi

Negishi Shinjuku Yasukuni-dori is on the second floor of a building on Yasukuni-dori in Shinjuku and serves gyutan set meals. The set pairs chewy, char-grilled beef tongue with a clear beef soup heavy on green onion and tororo. Staff seat you first and take your order afterward, refill your tea as you finish it, and give free refills of rice. Portions are not large.
