Gifuya

Kifuya is an old Chinese restaurant in Omoide Yokocho, near the west exit of Shinjuku Station, serving ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. The menu includes garlic ramen, fried rice, chive gyoza, and wood ear mushroom egg stir-fry, with fried rice cooked to order over a strong flame in front of you. It opens in the morning, and you sit at a counter facing the kitchen and order verbally. The interior is small, with little space between seats.
