Serabi Nagano is a French bistro in the basement of a building in Shinjuku, a three-minute walk from Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station. It offers A, B, and C courses, serving terrine as an appetizer, a baked pie dish, and fish and meat dishes. On weekdays lunch is full at 12:00, and reservations are taken by phone only. Dinner runs one seating from 18:30 to 20:00 with only three or four seats, and the service is stiff.
