Bukkyung jjajang

Bukkyung Jjajang is a Korean-Chinese restaurant in Shin-Okubo that serves jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The jajangmyeon has the feel of an old-style house jjajang, and the noodles are made in-house. Customers buy a meal ticket from a machine at the entrance and then take a seat, and the dishes come out quickly. The jajangmyeon is lightly seasoned and on the thin side.
