Tonkatsu Hinata

Donkatsu Hinata is a tonkatsu restaurant in Takadanobaba, near Waseda University. It serves rosu katsu, jo rosu katsu, and hire katsu, each with rice and tonjiru. Staff bring a menu to people waiting outside, take orders while they stand, then seat them. Rice and cabbage can each be refilled once, and waits are long.
