SUSHI BAR NAMINORI SUSHI is a sushi restaurant in the basement of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo. It serves sushi with thick cuts of fish and kaisendon, and any fish you cannot eat can be swapped for a composition you choose. The lunch-only kaisendon is cash only and comes with miso soup made from fish broth. The space is small, so eating there feels like eating on the street.
