Noseya

Noseya is an abura soba shop near Okubo Station in Tokyo. The noodles are served without broth and mixed with kimchi and a choice of sauces and toppings. Customers buy meal tickets from a vending machine at the entrance, and a large portion can be ordered at no extra cost. There is only counter seating, so space is limited.
