Menya Shō Minato

Menya Sho Minato is a ramen shop on the second basement floor of the Nomura Building in Nishishinjuku, Tokyo. Its main dish is a special sea bream salt ramen with thin noodles in a clear sea bream broth. You buy a meal ticket from a vending machine, sit down, and hand it to the staff. Seating is counter-only, which makes it awkward for groups to sit together.
