Girandole by Alain Ducasse

Girandole Park Hyatt is on the 41st floor of Park Hyatt Tokyo in Shinjuku. Its French course, influenced by Alain Ducasse, lets you choose an appetizer, main course, and dessert, with bread and butter served as well. The restaurant offers views from more than 120 metres above the ground, and a 5:30 p.m. start lets you watch the view change into a night scene. The sauces and seasoning are strong, and the intervals between dishes are long.
