Tsukemen Back to Back is a tsukemen ramen shop in Tokyo, a 2 to 4 minute walk from Musashikoyama Station. It serves four dipping broths — soy sauce, salt, basil, and spicy miso — with firm fresh noodles that are also eaten with just kombu water and salt. The shop opened on June 10, 2026, takes orders through a ticket vending machine, and operates a fast pass called SuiSui. More than 20 people lined up before opening, and waits have reached 45 minutes.
