Sushiro

Sushiro is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Tokyo that serves sushi by the plate. Customers take a waiting number at a kiosk and choose sushi on a tablet, and the plates arrive at the seat on the conveyor belt. When the number is called, customers go to the table assigned by QR code, and the process is self-service from entry to exit. When it is crowded, the wait can exceed one hour.
