Sushi Fukumoto

Sushi Fukumoto is a sushi restaurant on the basement floor of a residential building in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, a six-to-ten-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station. The omakase course includes sashimi and grilled dishes, with many light-tasting neta such as white fish and shellfish. It serves one seating per day, with only about seven counter seats, so the meal moves at a slow pace. The basement entrance has only a small sign, making it easy to walk past.
