Sakae Sushi [Reservation only]

Sakae Sushi is a sushi restaurant in Shimokitazawa that operates by reservation only. It serves a nine-piece omakase and an Edo set. The restaurant is run by a couple, and the chef trained at Tsukiji Tamura before working as a head chef in overseas hotel kitchens. The counter seats around ten, so it is not suited to large groups.
