Mintei

Mintei is an old Chinese restaurant in Shimokitazawa that serves ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. The ra-chan half-ramen and half-fried-rice set is ordered with gyoza, and the red fried rice is also a signature menu item. After writing your name on the waiting list and waiting about an hour, you enter the second-floor seating, and the food comes out slowly. English communication is difficult.
