Koeiya is a soba restaurant on a quiet alley within walking distance of Shimokitazawa Station in Tokyo. Its Ojiya Curry Udon uses mild dashi curry topped with quail eggs and tororo rice placed beneath the noodles. Seating is table-only, and orders are placed by requesting an English menu. Payment is cash only.
