Katsuyoshi

Katsuyoshi is a tonkatsu restaurant in Kitazawa, Setagaya City, Tokyo, a five-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station and located on the basement first floor of Chazawa-dori. It serves hirekatsu and roskatsu with tender meat and a thin, light batter, and rice can be ordered as white rice or mixed with millet. The restaurant has been operating for a long time, and the interior has dim, izakaya-style lighting and floor seating. The batter is less crispy than expected.
