Tagcafe is a neo-kissa one to two minutes on foot from the east exit of Shimokitazawa Station in Tokyo, serving dishes such as omurice, taco rice and Napolitan, along with pudding, coffee jelly and cream soda. The omurice contains herb chicken, the taco rice emphasizes the raw crunch of tomato and lettuce and a spicy note over minced meat and cheese, and the iced coffee is strong with acidity. On weekdays around 11:30 and 13:00 entry was possible without waiting, and the seating consists of counter seats and two four-person tables, so there is a place to sit alone. The pudding is firm and dense with no eggy smell, so it does not suit anyone expecting a bouncy dessert.
