Jazz & Café Hayashi

Jazz & Café Hayashi is a jazz café on the third floor of a building in the alleys behind Shimokitazawa Station. It serves meals, desserts, coffee, drinks, and alcohol, including Hayashi rice, baked cheesecake, and lightly roasted coffee, with jazz played loudly. Around 8:30 p.m. on a weekday night, two customers were there, and the space showed mimosas, round-backed chairs, and a speaker next to the counter. The service is not smooth.
