Cafe Negura

Cafe Negura is a kissaten a one- to two-minute walk from the west exit of Shimokitazawa Station in Tokyo, serving melon soda and cream soda. It offers several kinds of cream soda, along with kissaten sets that come with napolitan, salad, and soup. When no seats are available, you leave a sticky note with your name, phone number, and party size, and you get a call when it is your turn. Drinks come with a lot of ice, so the amount is on the small side.
