Cafe Millennium is a small student-run cafe a few minutes from Shimokitazawa Station in Tokyo. It serves desserts such as panna cotta and Basque cheesecake, and ordering two desserts gets them served on a free dessert plate. Orders are placed by scanning a QR code with a phone, and payment is made on the way out. Seating is limited to a few counter seats and one table for four.
