Yabu Soba

Yabu Soba is a small cha-soba shop in Kyoto run by an elderly couple. The noodles are made with matcha and served with a tsuyu broth that has a deep katsuobushi aroma, and warm nishin soba is also available. The shop has only five or six tables, so waiting is unavoidable. Portions are small.
